Our new exhibition in Rhayader

Here are some photos of the hang at our new exhibition entitled 

'Y Gyfrinach / The Secret' 

at Galeri CARAD Gallery, Rhayader, Radnorshire, LD6 5ER.

The exhibition runs until 28 Sept,
and is open Tuesday to Saturday, 10 am to 4 pm.

Entry to the museum, which includes the gallery, is £4.

'Big and Bold' at Morlan now open!

The exhibition is now hung. Taff & Gordon were very able technicians, supervised by Gerti, Steph and Shelley. We look forward to our Meet the Artists event on 24th May from 2-4pm, with refreshments and a chance to exchange views. The following photos are from Patrick & Gerti, taken immediately after the hang was complete.

 

Meet-the-Artists event at Morlan, Aberystwyth

We held a very busy and successful Meet-the-Artist yesterday morning at our new "Affordable Art" exhibition in the Morlan Centre, Aberystwyth. Over £100 was raised for our partner charity Dosbarth Pili Pala, by Steph and her daughter-in-law Michelle. It was also good to see our local MP Mark Williams and two of his daughters, who popped in for a while.

Our new exhibition: Affordable Art

Today (19 Nov) our new exhibition "Affordable Art - Everything Under £100" opened at Morlan, Queens Road, Aberystwyth. The venue will be open Monday to Friday, 10 - 12 and 2 - 4 (and at other times when there is another event at the Centre) until 19 December. Entry is free.
As it's getting near Christmas, this is a cash-and-carry exhibition, so you can buy a painting and take it home with you (normally, we would ask you to wait until the end of the show.)

on Sat 23 Nov 

from 10:30 am to 12:30 pm. 

Tea, coffee and biscuits will be served at £1 per person,

 the proceeds being donated to 

Pili Pala Special Needs Unit, Llwyn yr Eos Primary School, Penparcau, Aberystwyth. 

The children will also be showing their art-works.

Our new exhibition at Wyeside, Builth Wells

A wonderful late-summer evening for the opening of our new show at the Wyeside Gallery, Builth Wells. It is a lovely space, and we received a very warm welcome from the staff. The show was beautifully hung by Will Adams.

You can also use this link to find the opening hours (mostly evenings midweek, and afternoons at weekends.) The exhibition is open until 31 October.
